Our Atlantic salmon (cold smoked) is a classic cold-smoked salmon. Following the purest traditions, top quality fillets are individually trimmed and lightly salted. Refined to an ideal texture in cold storage, the salmon is then exposed to natural wood smoke. An unequalled gourmet product. 

Product Qualities

A prestigious salmon produced through a long and precise process. 
Whole entire fillets with skin, displayed on bronze carton and vacuum-packed, provide a classic presentation. Availablefresh upon request. 
Whole entire fillets without skin, thinly sliced and displayed for prestigious buffets, caterer, restaurants and hotels. Also available fresh upon request. 
70 g, thinly sliced portions , vacuum-packed on bronze carton for retail sales and small volume restaurant needs. 
High barrier vacuum-packaging allows minimum frozen storage of six months.
