Atkins et Frères uses only fresh Atlantic salmon to produce our smoked salmon roast. The filet portions are smoked and roasted following a procedure known as "kippering". Your clients will be impressed by its spicy flavour, enhanced by a subtle maple wood smoke. This versatile product can be served as is, on crackers, in pasta sauces, salads, omelets or on pizzas.
