Smoked food products
have been consumed since time immemorial. Until recently, smoking was
essentially used as a method of conservation. Henceforth, smoking is
organoleptic, that is, it calls upon sensual pleasures : touch, sight,
smell and taste.
In this context, nothing will be as important as
the quality of the raw product. There is no miracle : if the end product
is good it means the product was good from the start.
We wish to offer a variety of differentiated products
and original flavours, always bearing in mind the discovery of small
pleasures. Our products are manufactured in a maritime region and are
witness to the boreal beauty of the Gaspesian coast.
We offer two types of packaging. The classic vacuum
packaging in high barrier bags ensures a long integrity to our frozen
products. We also offer skin packaging allowing retailers to market refrigerated
products, all the while respecting Canadian regulations where film packagaing
is concerned. The latter technique renders the product pleasing to the
eye.
We accept production contracts under private label.
We also accommodate sports fishermen wishing to highlight their catch.
