Quality Control

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has granted us the HACCP certification (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points), which is the highest international norm where quality control, innocuousness and salubrity are concerned.

 

We apply a quality control management plan in standardized installations with up-to-date equipment. We are equipped with measuring and control instruments at all stages of the fabrication process.

Furthermore, we know that the best equipment and the best quality management plan will not give the wanted results without the irreplacable asset of a devoted personnel, equitably renumerated and sincerely proud of their work. In our establishment, quality is also the result of a passion for pleasure.
